Saran and Ain

I had a pleasure of photographing FACE Africa founder Saran Kaba Jones and Ain Jones to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary ! 

FACEAfrica is a non profit organization which provides access to safe drinking water in rural communities in Liberia.  I have been collaborating with FACEAfrica since 2013.  We work with local community leaders, local families, schools to bring better future for Liberia.   Through work,  Liberia has become very dear to me,  and I have gained important friendships in my life: my FACEAfrica family!!

JFKのお孫さん ジャックシュロスバーグ氏 Photographing Jack Scholssberg

先日ボストンでJFKのお孫さんジャックシュロスバーグ氏を撮影してきました。ケネディー大統領のお孫さん、在日米大使キャロラインケネディー氏の２3歳の息子さん。叔父様だった若くなくなったJFK　Jr氏にそっくりのハンサムな好青年。これからのケネディー一族を担っていく若手です。　来年の1月から始まるトランプ政権について”オープンマインド”（先入観をなるべく持たずに）でいることは大切なことだ、と若きシュロスバーグ氏は語りました。

I photographed Jack Scholossberg, a grandson of JFK in Boston the other day.  He resembles his uncle, JFK Jr.  My photographs appeared on People's Magazine exclusive article.

7月のはじめにＩＢＦ世界スーパーバンタム級ジョナサングスマン選手を撮影しました。　グスマン選手、強かったですね。。和気選手の奮闘にも感動しました。

Photographed Jonathan Guzman on assignment a few weeks ago.  He is a new IBF super-bantamweight title holder.  He is also known as a KO artist, 22 knockouts out of 22 fights.
